4esthetics Lounge in Lexington, KY is hiring! Join our growing medical aesthetics practice! We are seeking a receptionist to join our growing team!

Hours : Full-time, evenings and weekends may be required

Pay scale : starting at $16 per hour

Role requirements : Primary responsibilities to be able to perform this role successfully, it is expected that you should possess or be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes :

• Customer experience : smooth & timely check-in and check-out, answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with daily clinic upkeep- sweep / trash / stocking of supplies

Key areas of responsibility : highly motivated, timeliness, dependability, daily workflow, patient satisfaction, staff satisfaction, adherence to core values, and mission of the practice

Qualifications / Experience : customer service experience preferred

Personal attributes : bubbly personality, highly motivated, critical thinker, prioritizes, kind, patient, calm, confident, takes initiative, flexible, works well in a fast-paced environment
