Job Overview :

This role is focused on designing and delivering advanced reporting and analytics solutions to support core financial functions, including financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, treasury, tax, compliance, and reporting. The position involves leading a team of developers to translate business requirements into innovative reporting tools using platforms such as SAP and Oracle. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the design, development, and testing of reporting solutions for assigned projects.
• Analyze large data sets by extracting, cleaning, and processing information from databases.
• Design reports and dashboards by defining KPIs, creating visualizations, and organizing data for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and team members to understand reporting needs and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure seamless integration and staging of data into reporting tools.
• Conduct quality assurance through rigorous testing and issue resolution.
• Follow data security standards and maintain compliance with organizational policies.
• Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify and implement opportunities for system optimization and enhanced performance.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in reporting technologies.

Qualifications :

Salary Range : $130k - $180k
