Position Summary

The Team Lead supports the Supervisor in the daily operations of the department and provides leadership in their absence. This role ensures smooth day-to-day processes, effective communication across teams, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assign daily work tasks to subordinates.
  • Oversee daily operations, including preparation of end-of-shift reports.
  • Follow up on issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the local team to identify areas of improvement and report on daily efficiency.
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, particularly during peak (4th Quarter).
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Support and uphold the 7S Program and related guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in SAP and / or WMS environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and teamwork.
