ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Account Manager for the Mack Fountain Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and exceptional customer service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Follow established processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Must have (or willing to obtain) a Florida Life and Health license and a Florida Professional Customer Service Representative license.
  • Critical thinker with high emotional intelligence.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and driven to succeed.
  • Strong sales experience preferred; industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office.
