Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Follow established processes and maintain accurate records. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Must have (or willing to obtain) a Florida Life and Health license and a Florida Professional Customer Service Representative license. Critical thinker with high emotional intelligence. Self-motivated, punctual, and driven to succeed. Strong sales experience preferred; industry experience is a plus but not required. Proficient in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office.
