Description
Global law firm is hiring a Billing Coordinator to join its downtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with:
• A bachelor’s degree, required
• 3+ years of prior law firm billing experience
• E-Billing experience, highly preferred
• Elite or Aderant experience, highly preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
• Manage the billing lifecycle from pre-bills through final submission
• Ensure billing guidelines are being practiced and met
• Assist with various reporting and forecasts
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
• Salary: $80K - $90K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K and more
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remote
• Overtime flexibility as needed
