Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located in Metairie, LA, this contract opportunity offers a rewarding placement for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve K-12 students in a dynamic school setting. The position runs from ASAP until May 22, 2026, providing approximately 35 hours per week, divided into 7-hour days with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The primary focus will be on elementary school students, especially on the west bank, with the exact number of schools and caseload to be determined.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site speech-language therapy to K-12 students, focusing largely on elementary-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and caseload records in compliance with district guidelines
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the overall success of the school community
