Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. Experience in real estate is not required, but a background in outbound/inbound communications, such as cold calling or customer service, is essential. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while being an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to generate leads
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects
• Qualify leads and gather property information
• Update and maintain CRM records
• Meet or exceed performance targets

Qualifications:

• Experience in outbound/inbound communications (e.g., cold calling, customer service)
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills with a native English accent (REQUIRED)
