Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Java Developer opening for our client in Phoenix, AZ.

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Duration : Ongoing contract

Duties :

Design, develop, and maintain backend Java applications.

Build and optimize scalable systems using Rest APIs, Reactive programming, and multi-threading.

Implement solutions leveraging design patterns, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Contribute to system scaling, performance improvements, and cloud / DevOps initiatives.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing applications.

Skills :

6+ years of strong backend Java programming and project experience.

Very proficient and hands-on experience with Rest APIs, Reactive, and multi-threading.

Strong knowledge of design patterns, Spring, and Spring Boot.

Experience with scaling applications, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.

Experience :

Proven track record of backend development in large-scale enterprise environments.

Prior experience in designing and deploying scalable, resilient solutions in cloud environments.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
