Business Development Mgr

Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Business Development Manager for our Memphis team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. You will be critical to the success of our company by identifying new business opportunities, networking and meeting with current and potential customers. With your passion for success, you will produce sales and profit by marketing our company's specialized services to potential customers.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these :

• Generate sales and profits by using your professional selling skills.
• Keeping current lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
• Travel throughout your assigned territory to call on prospective customers to solicit business, make sales presentations and assess customer needs for staffing options.
• Work with other company departments to finalize proposal details, and present those proposals to prospective customer.
• You will also negotiate fees, close sales orders and obtain signed contracts.

We also desire 5 years of similar experience in sales.
