Description

Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Supervisor for a leading manufacturing company in Spokane. We are looking for a leader who wants to join a growing and innovative team!

What You'll Do :

  • Oversee all plant accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 3 direct reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve EBIT and margin performance.
  • Manage the monthly close process, assist with monthly forecasts, and support the annual budgeting process.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, providing clear explanations of results.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal accounting policies through ongoing review of internal controls.
  • Drive process improvements through documentation, training, and technology.
  • Support internal and external audits.

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, accounting, or supervisory roles.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing projects and teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
  • Experience with SAGE or other ERP systems, and familiarity with Planful Analytics or BI tools preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and present them effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset.

    • BENEFITS OFFERED :

  • SALARY RANGE : $90,000-$100,000
  • Healthcare Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision

  • 2 weeks paid time off
