Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level Procurement Agent to join the Propulsion Systems and Structures team in Ladson, South Carolina. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
• Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• 3+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes
• 3+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 50% of the time)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
• 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
• 3+ years of experience managing supplier quality and delivery performance

Summary Pay Range:

• Level 3 - $88,400 - $119,600
• Level 4 - $110,500 $149,500
