We're seeking Youth Care Workers to support and guide adolescents in our residential program in Goldsboro, NC. As a Youth Care Worker, you'll play a critical role in helping at-risk youth overcome challenges, build new skills, and create a path to a better future.
What You'll Do :
- Provide direct care and treatment services to adolescents in a residential group home.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
- Engage with youth, families, and community partners to achieve positive outcomes.
