Deburring Tech Assembly Team Member Needed

Pay Rate = $18-$20 DOE

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for performing manual post-machining operations to precision parts per work instructions.
  • Review the job-related information (quantity, work instructions,
  • Process parts according to work instruction (installing helicoils, bearings, paint touch ups,
  • Document processed quantities in ERP System
  • Review parts for compliance with quality standard and work instruction
  • Provide bin and router to next process
  • Report any out of standard conditions to Team Leader
  • Maintain work area. (5S)
  • Supports lean manufacturing activities

Education and / or Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-4 years' experience in production environment

    • Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

    • Computer Skills

  • Experience with ERP system

    • Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and sit.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to adjust focus.
  • Employee may occasionally be required to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
