Sr. Financial Analyst

Ring Blink, Key, and Sidewalk are actively seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to provide financial support to the company's operations and cost efficiency efforts. You will be responsible for working with a team that will partner with business to help them understand and manage their budgets and forecasts, quantify cost reduction efforts and proactively deliver cost related insights to relevant constituents. You will also facilitate communications across the organization, deliver insightful financial analyses and reports to internal and external business partners and work closely with the accounting function to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Locations for this role include : Sunnyvale, CA area. Key job responsibilities include :

• Develop headcount and employee expenses forecasts and analyze trends against approved plans
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly guidance and month-end close for headcount and employee costs with variance analysis
• Build scenario models for headcount strategies and organizational changes
• Prepare monthly / quarterly reports on headcount metrics, cost per head, and expense trends
• Conduct analyses identifying cost optimization opportunities
• Create dashboards visualizing headcount costs and key metrics
• Partner with business leaders on headcount decisions and resource allocation
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams on requisition alignment with approved plans, HR and other finance teams
• Automate routine reporting and data reconciliation using AI tools
• Apply predictive analytics improving forecast accuracy
• Streamline workflows through AI-powered solutions for data extraction and anomaly detection
• Enhance data quality using AI to identify inconsistencies management
