What you will do

• Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations you will partner with the demand gen and digital teams to launch and optimize campaigns. Streamline how we create, track, and report on marketing programs.
• Manage account-based experience tools, processes and capabilities across Demandbase and Intentsify. Turn intent signals into coordinated marketing and LDR plays, ensuring consistent targeting, orchestration, and measurement across teams.
• Build dashboards and reports that visualize funnel performance, conversion, buying-group coverage, and campaign impact. Help marketing and sales teams use insights to drive pipeline and ARR.
• Administer tools like Marketo, Outreach, allGood AI, Intentsify, Demandbase, Zoom Webinar. Ensure integrations with Salesforce and enrichment systems are reliable and secure.
• Automate repetitive tasks, document scalable processes, and train marketing and LDR teams on tools and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Uphold GDPR / CCPA standards, monitor data hygiene, and ensure our systems meet enterprise security and audit requirements.

The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between 140,300 and 193,600 USD / year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
