Data Entry Associate

SmartTalent is looking to hire a Data Entry Associate to help with various projects, document scans, paperwork filing, and data entry at a client of ours in the Seattle area.

• This is not a remote position

PAY : $21.30

TITLE : Data Entry Associate

LOCATION : Seattle, WA (Capitol Hill)

SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday 9am - 530pm

Position Duties :

Sort and file various transactions

Scan, index, image capture, key and reconcile invoices

Enter data using a 10-key pad

Follow established security procedures for the company and department

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills :

Proven proficiency with 10-key

Extremely detail-oriented and organized

Energetic and strong willingness to learn

Regular and Reliable attendance

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written

A sense of teamwork while working independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Excel & Word

3-6 months office experience or relatable experience
