At Zurich North America, we are seeking a Litigated Claims Specialist to join our high-performing Commercial General Liability Construction team. The selected candidate should be able to report on a hybrid work schedule to one of these Zurich offices : Atlanta, GA; Maitland, FL; Addison, TX; Schaumburg, IL; Rocky Hill, CT; Parsippany, NJ.

What You Will Do :

• Handle complex litigated claims from start to finish with a focus on quality, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Partner closely with internal and external counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals.
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the claim process.
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with regulatory standards and company protocols.

At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. In compliance with local laws, Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role. The proposed salary range for this position is $58,700.00 - $96,200.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
