​​About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Operations Planner to help support material planning for our growing business. You will leverage your problem-solving abilities, motivation, and experience to determine target inventory levels and generate PO proposals that support sales and inventory goals while optimizing cost. We are looking for a self-starter that will drive process improvement by building out and improving processes and tools as the business scales up.

You Will :

• Create buying recommendations for raw materials, packaging and / or collateral based on forward-looking usage projections
• Perform a weekly inventory reconciliation to ensure the data reflects accurate inventory numbers
• Work with cross functional partners in Supply Chain and Operations to solve inventory overages and shortages
• Understand and articulate key drivers for changes in usage that result in under / over stock situations
• Mitigate supply risk by carrying appropriate levels of stock
• Track upcoming expirations, new product launches / SKU transitions and work with the fulfillment centers to quarantine and dispose of old product

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.

An estimate of the current salary range for US-based employees is$70,000—$85,000 USD
