Franchise Coordinator — Durham, NC (On-Site)

We are seeking an organized, people-focused Franchise Coordinator to support franchisees from initial onboarding through launch and ongoing operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, helping guide them through requirements, systems, timelines, and execution — while ensuring consistency with AutismCOE brand and operational standards.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Durham, NC clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees from intake through launch and beyond
- Coordinate onboarding steps including scheduling discovery calls and tracking documents
- Build and maintain individualized launch plans with key milestones and owners
- Lead recurring franchisee check-ins and follow up on action items
- Translate internal guidance into step-by-step execution plans and checklists
- Support development and management of onboarding and training programs
- Monitor alignment with AutismCOE brand, operating standards, and compliance
- Coordinate payer credentialing timelines and billing transitions
- Track progress against launch milestones and escalate risks or issues as needed
- Maintain organized records, completion logs, meeting notes, and KPIs
- Capture, track, and route franchise questions to appropriate internal teams
- Support pre- and post-event planning for franchise trade shows and expos
- Represent AutismCOE professionally as a brand ambassador when needed
Compensation
$50,000–$60,000 annually, plus bonus potential.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site at our Durham, NC clinic.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in coordination, project support, operations, or customer-facing business role preferredExperience supporting multi-site operations, healthcare, education, or franchising is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple moving partsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and process consistencyComfort working cross-functionally with clinical, billing, and operations teamsAbility to build strong, positive relationships with partners and internal stakeholdersProfessional, reliable, and proactive work styleBenefits
