Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals; set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs; stay up-to-date with trends and competitors.
• Sales Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong market presence.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor team's performance and align efforts with business goals; provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity.
• Reporting: Report on sales results and forecast future sales; provide insights to the management team to inform decision-making.
• Networking: Represent the company at industry events and conferences; network with potential clients and industry professionals.
