Higher Ground Education is bringing on a Facilities Maintenance Lead to help support and manage our schools’ facilities needs for our Northern Virginia schools!
These are important roles for the Facilities team, and we’re looking for customer-oriented individuals who are both a clear-communicator and strong technical skills. Responsibilities
The Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. We are looking for a Jack-of-all trades who can do small repairs and troubleshoot issues that can be resolved with a "Do It Yourself" fix for the schools' buildings and facilities. Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position, reporting to the Regional Manager. Must be able to work flexible hours.
