[job_card.job_description]Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the auto transportation field , ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery. Coordinate with the carrier team to manage the full lifecycle of vehicle shipments from pickup to delivery. Monitor shipment status, proactively communicate updates or delays, and resolve any service-related issues. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, focusing on retention and revenue growth. Work closely with carrier partners to ensure capacity, compliance, and performance standards. Analyze client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Track KPIs and service metrics; prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and management. Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding service offerings within current accounts. Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and industry regulations specific to vehicle transport. Perform accurate and timely data entry for all orders, load details, client information, and shipment updates into TMS, CRM, and internal databases. Strong understanding of supply chain management and auto hauling procedures. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in logistics software (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
