Positive and serving attitude with a warm personalityUse our CORE 4 model to serve guests : eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connectedOperating the POS at the front counter or in the drive thruLook for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customerTaking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counterChecking for product quality and consistencyAssist leadership in executing opening or closing proceduresWilling to assist in other stations in the front of house, such as monitor, dining room, or working the windowDemonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu itemsComplete all tasks assigned beyond the job description, if necessaryKeep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporateMaintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changesSpecial Instructions
