As Nutrabolt's Talent Strategist, you will partner closely with the HRBP team and hiring leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will be the subject matter expert for the functional roles you support. You will curate role attributes, competencies, and criteria that drive success in the performance of each role. You will play a critical role in optimizing the recruitment process and oversee the day-to-day coordination and support in retaining and attracting top talent. You will identify and attend recruiting events and key opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Acquisition Strategy : Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across various functions, roles, and role levels.
• Market Analysis : Conduct labor market research and analyze trends to identify potential talent pools and inform recruitment strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to understand their talent needs, organizational goals, and develop customized recruiting plans and pipelines.
• Candidate Experience : Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
• Metrics and Reporting : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment and placement efforts and regularly report on metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Talent Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, utilizing networking and social media platforms.
• Talent Specialization : Document and curate role and role level specific skills, tools, experience, characteristics, competencies, and opportunities.
• Training and Development : Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.
