Position Summary

TheVideo Production Associatesupports Fellos mission by helping create engaging video content that tells authentic stories and celebrates inclusion choice and opportunity. This roleassistswith editing and organizing video projects that highlight the people and communities Fello serves. Working closely with the Visual Communications Manager the Video Production Associate helps bring Fellos brand and values to life through thoughtful storytelling and high-quality visual production.

Qualifications

The ideal candidateis a creative technically skilled storyteller with hands-on experience in video editing and post-production. They have a strong eye for detail understand how to shape narratives that reflect real people and communities and can manage multiple projects at Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and Audition is essential along with familiarity in color correction audio mixing and motion graphics. The ideal candidate also brings strong organizational skills a collaborative spirit and the ability to take direction while contributing creative ideas to enhance Fellos storytelling.

This position requiresa high school diploma and a minimum of three years of experience in video editing and post-production with a portfoliodemonstratingtechnical and creative abilities. A bachelors degree in Video Production Multimedia Communications or a related field is preferred.
