Portfolio Analyst - Argus Experience Required

We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Analyst with a strong background in commercial real estate and proven Argus modeling expertise. This role provides exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate investment, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, asset management, and dispositions. As part of a collaborative team, you will deliver financial insights that drive portfolio performance across diverse property types.

• Work Arrangement : Hybrid
• Work Schedule : 4 days in office, 1 day remote
• Compensation : $90,000 - $110,000 base salary
• Bonus Package : 10% - 20% annual target bonus
• Benefits : Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
