A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service - Sr. Outreach Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote company services and determine eligibility for government programs
Interview patients / members to gather personal information and compile data for eligibility assessment
Ensure data safety and confidentiality by adhering to information security policies and completing required training
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
Associate's Degree preferred
Experience working remotely with a private and quiet workspace
Strong data entry and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage difficult interactions and show compassion
