Building Project Manager

The  Construction Project Manager  will oversee exterior remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary liaison among clients, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer success.

Compensation :

$70,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Project Planning : Collaborate with the sales team to fully understand project scopes, conduct site inspections to assess work scope, material needs, and potential challenges, and develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Project Execution : Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement, manage permits and inspections, supervise subcontractors, ensure adherence to specifications and timelines, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Budget and Cost Control : Monitor budgets and expenses, ensure financial targets are met, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance : Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, conduct inspections, and address quality issues promptly.
• Customer Experience : Foster positive client relationships, address concerns promptly, and provide exceptional customer service.
