Psychiatrist – Outpatient Setting

Full-Time | Estimated Salary : $272K – $336K / year

Position Highlights :

Outpatient psychiatric care (no inpatient duties)

Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations & diagnoses

Medication management & treatment planning

Collaborate with clinical staff and medical providers

Rotating on-call schedule with team support

️‍ Lead clinical discussions and mentor allied professionals

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews

What You Bring :

MD or DO with Psychiatry residency

✅ Board Certified / Eligible (ABPN)

Licensed to practice medicine in Indiana

Licensed to prescribe in the U.S.

Previous outpatient psychiatric experience preferred

Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, diagnostics & care planning

Excellent listening, communication, and clinical leadership skills
