Job Title : General Production Worker Job Description

We are seeking a motivated General Production Worker to join our team. This role involves operating forklifts, handling materials, and performing inventory tasks to ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate both stand up and sit down forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Lift and handle up to 50 lbs of product as needed.
• Understand and execute basic material handling functions.
• Organize parts from crates to pallets for streamlined production.
• Conduct inventory and cycle counts of parts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Read basic blueprints to identify parts and use measuring tools, such as a tape measure.

Work Environment

This position operates on the first shift, Monday through Thursday, from 6 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM. All overtime is paid. The role involves working in a warehouse setting with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wooster, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
