Purpose
The Accounting Manager is an important team member supporting the Accounting department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health. This position shall be accountable for the financial reporting processes as outlined below under “Essential Job Functions”.
The Accounting Manager works closely with CFO, Controller, Senior / Staff Accountant, Payroll, A / R, and A / P, as well as managers across departments.
Responsibilities
- Review and prepare monthly financial statements for the organization as a whole
- Review, prepare, and issue monthly statistical reports (such as provider productivity reports)
- Review, prepare, and issue monthly program and department statements for program managers
- Oversees the system of internal controls over Accounting functions to minimize risk
- Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives
- Prepare annual grant budgets and related filings to related government agencies
- Review and reconcile federal grants to drawdowns, accruals and to the general ledger.
- Prepare and assist with year-end audit materials and annual IRS Form 5500
- Reconcile cash accounts and credit cards.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.Experience :
