Project Coordinator & Data Entry Specialist
The Project Coordinator & Data Entry Specialist plays a key role in supporting field operations by managing project timelines, coordinating dispatch activities, and maintaining accurate data records. This dual-role position ensures operational efficiency and supports real-time decision-making through meticulous data management and communication.
Project Coordination :
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules for generator maintenance and refueling teams.
- Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Communicate with field technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor generator performance and maintenance logs to anticipate service needs.
Data Entry & Management :
Enter and update service records, fuel logs, and maintenance data into internal systems.Maintain accurate inventory records for generators, fuel supplies, and spare parts.Verify and reconcile data from field reports and service tickets.Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for operational analysis.Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.2+ years of experience in project coordination or data entry, preferably in telecommunications or field services.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with dispatch or asset management software is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Working Conditions :
