Assistant Manager

They must set the example, follow all policy and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. In addition, assistant managers handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to and from work, store cleanliness, and marketing.
