Our multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists work in a collaborative environment that inspires the cross-fertilization of ideas necessary for true innovation. / ppThe Program Finance Analyst 2 collaborates with our internal and external customers as the business partner of choice to ensure they have the financial acumen, accuracy, and dedicated support to execute significant contracts in support of national defense. / ppDuties / Responsibilities : / pulliProvides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value or related processes / liliSupports all baseline development activities and development of charge numbers and WBS as applicable / liliProvides updates / changes as required, for programs with and without Earned Value requirements, in applicable tools (ERP or Cobra) / liliProvides analysis and reports on the performance variances to budget and assist with recovery plans as needed / liliAnalyzes and reports risks Opportunities to the baseline cost, schedule, and the EAC / liliEnsures timely maintenance of the Project-Activity Structure (Charge Numbers) / liliProvides timely completion of the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, processing time-phased estimate to complete updates, and EAC package support for Program Financial Planning and Reporting / liliDevelops and Monitors the program level time-phased plan to support an overall program level view of revenue for forecast, budget, and 5-year planning processes / liliProvides the financial data inputs, analysis, and applicable variance narrative for Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) / liliProvides timely invoicing and collection of customer receivables / liliReviews and communicates the status of program financials, including the status on funding, and disposition of funding that is subject to cancellation / liliPerforms other duties as assigned / li / ulpSkills / Abilities : / pulliAble to use EVMS principles in daily operations with proven expertise / liliKnowledge of program financial controls with DoD programs / liliKnowledge of relevant federal acquisition regulations and standards such as CAS / FAR / DFARS / liliKnowledge of different contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, TM) / liliKnowledge of relevant accounting subject matters, including revenue recognition / liliAbility to present complex information to all levels of management / liliExcellent verbal and written communication / liliProficient with Microsoft software applications / liliStrong Excel skills / liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving ability / liliAbility to multi-task and is detail oriented / liliAbility to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurate / liliSelf-starter that is capable of working independently / li / ulpEducation : Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline, Masters Degree preferred / ppExperience : 3-5 years of related experience / ppJob Location - City : Cambridge / ppJob Location - State : Massachusetts / ppJob Location - Postal Code : 02139-3563 / ppThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 - $150,000.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreements approved rates by location and role.
