Project Manager, Capital Projects to lead a large-scale Greenfield construction initiative for one of our Life Sciences clients. This individual will be a key leader across the full project lifecyclefrom conceptual design through construction, CQV, and operational startup. This is a high-visibility position requiring deep experience in project execution, especially within Greenfield site development and regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Essential Job Functions :

• Lead cross-functional project teams delivering large-scale, complex Greenfield capital projects.
• Serve as a liaison between owners, architects / engineers, construction managers, OEMs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution across all project phases.
• Provide project oversight for design, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV).
• Drive project execution to meet scope, schedule, and budget while mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.
• Oversee contractor and supplier management including RFP development, scope negotiations, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with GMP regulations, engineering standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including equipment specifications, impact assessments, technical reports, schedules, and status updates.
• Analyze project performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts related to construction, equipment, and startup issues.
• Identify and implement best practices to continuously improve project delivery processes.
• Collaborate with internal Quality, EHS&S, and Engineering stakeholders to support successful project delivery and site readiness.
