Crunch is a gym that believes in making serious exercise fun by fusing fitness and entertainment and pioneering a philosophy of No Judgments. Our gyms are packed with the latest state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, weight room, full service locker rooms with showers, tanning booths, HydroMassage bed, and an extensive schedule of Crunch's signature classes including Zumba, BodyWeb with TRX, Yoga Body Sculpt, Belly Butt and Thighs Bootcamp, and more.

Responsibilities include generating daily sales for both membership and personal training, executing guest registration process with sales conversion motivation, greeting all members & guests with a smile and wishing them well as they exit the club, planning and executing monthly sales specials, engaging in planning and attending community events for the purposes of sales generation, communicating special events to members and guests, utilizing and generating results using VFP software for lead generation purposes (will train), facilitating referral promotions and executing for results, maintaining an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome, facilitating all member requests or forwarding to a manager, maintaining a professional disposition at all times, selling retail products, facilitating payment of member services in accordance with company procedures, knowing club facility, services, and schedules, maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting in all projects as delegated by club management, and following all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook. Opening and closing duties are also part of the job.

Meetings include monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings. The job type is full-time with a pay range of $16.00 - $17.50 per hour, plus bonus and commission opportunity. Expected hours are 40 per week. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
