The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe's top executives and our three business units (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. We have played an active role in some of Adobe's boldest and most strategic decisions. This includes our well-publicized transition to cloud, its expansion into a leadership position in Digital Marketing, and Adobe's positioning in the market around Generative AI!

As a Corporate Strategy MBA Intern, you will join our highly entrepreneurial team, including professionals with backgrounds in strategy consulting and expertise in digital media and marketing. Your responsibilities could encompass a wide array of strategic topics : developing product strategies, assessing technological trends, analyzing the competitive landscape, determining Adobe's future strategic positioning, and crafting a perspective on market adjacencies. You will drive your own intern project aimed at accelerating Adobe's long-term growth. You will also have the unique opportunity to support senior executives across the business as they tackle their most critical challenges!

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2026 - June 2027
• 3-4 years of proven track record of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility, ideally in management consulting, consumer internet, or SaaS strategy
• Experience operating in a digital / consumer internet or SaaS environment; prior understanding of digital marketing or digital advertising highly desired
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives
• Creative problem solver with a bias for action
• Relentless but collaborative ensuring that debates and discussions not only lead to good outcomes for all involved, but also set a positive tone for cross-functional teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $37.00 $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
