Senior Designer

Edition Studios is seeking a Senior Designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, web, and creative direction. You’ll design world-class visual identities and digital experiences while guiding the creative process for the design team.

This role is both hands-on and leadership-focused — you’ll actively design brand and web projects while mentoring the team, shaping creative direction, and ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standard of design excellence.

You’ll collaborate closely with agency leadership, account executives, and developers to bring ideas to life across brand systems, websites, and integrated creative campaigns for premium, lifestyle-driven clients.

/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bridge the gap between Client desires and Creative Direction.
• Guide and mentor the design team (2–4 designers) through reviews, feedback, and collaboration.
• Partner with agency leadership to evolve Edition’s creative standards, design systems, and visual identity.
• Present creative concepts to clients with clarity, rationale, and enthusiasm.
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented environment within the design team.

  • Design high-impact brand systems, websites, and digital experiences with exceptional craft and attention to detail.
  • Translate brand strategy into cohesive, contemporary visual identities and digital design.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables and touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple active projects, balancing creative exploration with executional precision.
• Work closely with account and strategy teams to ensure creative aligns with business goals and KPIs.
• Contribute to new business pitches and agency marketing initiatives.
• Stay current on design trends, digital best practices, and creative tools — and share that inspiration with the team.
• Champion continuous improvement in design process, efficiency, and output quality.

/ QUALIFICATIONS

• 6–10 years of professional design experience in an agency or design studio setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools (Keynote, Google Slides).
• Proven ability/experience in leading and mentoring a design team while managing multiple projects.
• Strong conceptual thinker with exceptional visual, typographic, and UX/UI design skills.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients and internal teams.
• Deep understanding of brand systems, web design principles, and digital storytelling.
