The purpose of this job is to provide support for distribution operations as well as initiating continuous improvement within the merchandising department.
- Support the Distribution team with project reports and initiatives
- Support the Merchandising & Deli teams with product rollouts and initiatives
- Provide ticket telephone and email support to troubleshoot store level questions and issues related to the distributor
- Work with distributor to execute product flow in support of merchandising and deli initiatives; implement solutions and action plans to achieve optimum results
- Utilize data and reporting systems to research identify and create action plans for supply chain solutions
- Model behaviors that support our purpose driven strategy showing people they matter at every turn
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules regulations policies and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent certification requiredAssociate or bachelors degree with a concentration in retail or business preferredMinimum one year retail store merchandising or restaurant experience preferredIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines with attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with a diverse work teamAbility to apply critical thinking and situational analysis skills to troubleshoot and resolve issuesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize based upon immediate or long-term needs of the categoryExcellent written and verbal communication and listening skillsTravel required less than 5%General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of timeRemote Work : No
