Litigation Paralegal

Seeking a Full-Time Personal Injury Paralegal for our Eatontown, NJ location.

Requires a 9-hour day (in-office) with paid overtime. Bonuses available!

About the Role :

You’ll work closely with attorneys and clients to support all stages of personal injury cases. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of personal injury experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload with confidence.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate with clients to provide updates and support

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Maintain and organize case files

Order, review, and summarize medical records

Assist attorneys with trial prep and case strategy

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal

Strong writing and organizational skills

Comfortable communicating with clients and managing deadlines

Exercise independent initiative and judgment in daily tasks, within a team-oriented atmosphere.

Familiarity with New Jersey court rules and procedures

Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, focused, technologically savvy, adaptable to learning new systems and processes and can multitask.

Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with attorneys, paralegals, court personnel, clients and claims staff.

Flexibility in work hours is a must.
