Your Role : As an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician , you'll work alongside experienced professionals to support production by maintaining and repairing industrial equipment. You'll gain valuable real-world experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems-building a solid foundation for a long-term career in the maintenance field.

What You'll Do :

Assist with preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs.

Support troubleshooting efforts on mechanical and electrical issues.

Learn how to inspect and service food processing machinery.

Keep tools, equipment, and workspaces organized and safe.

Work as part of a team to ensure reliable production operations.

What You Bring :

Completion of a trade school program in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electrical technology, or a related field.
