Key Responsibilities
Manage reporting programs for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives
Oversee various insights projects and support the development of new products and methodologies
Contribute to new business pitches and assist in training junior team members
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in a senior social intelligence role, preferably within an agency setting
Experience managing projects for multi-market clients
Strong technical proficiency in social listening tools such as Talkwalker or Sprinklr
Ability to work independently while being a team-oriented professional
Familiarity with research techniques, including survey data and web analytics
