Responsibilities
- Assist with customer outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up communications
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Generate leads through prospecting efforts such as networking, referrals, cold calling, or community events
- Assist with policy administration by managing applications, quotes, billing, and other related administrative tasks
- Regularly communicate progress, performance results, and client engagement activities
- Maintain the agencys strong reputation by acting in a professional, ethical, and customer-centered manner
Requirements
Be open to obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our DistrictBilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficialStrong communication skills paired with the ability to build positive relationshipsMotivated, coachable, and eager to expand knowledge and skillsGoal-focused and dedicated to establishing a lasting career in insurance or sales
