We need a candidate who has strong experience in Production Support + MDM + AWS. as we are actively looking to interview.

MDM/DQ Production Support
Technology - Reltio, Collibra, Alation, Manta, aws
The work is to provide production support for these tools by the playbook, perform due diligence , investigate and perform RCA, engage vendor, follow process and also be very responsive to the tickets and issues raised by customer. The products are hosted in aws ec2 unix boxes with exception of Reltio (SaaS).
The candidate need not be an expert in the tool stack rather have knowledge on MDM, DQ and monitor splunk dashboards, able to understand & act on the issues (storage, connectivity, act on alerts, provide patching support, follow or improvise restart procedures, user onboarding, password ageing, and housekeeping).
There is offshore coverage for weekends and holidays.
