About the Role :

Orthopedic Center of Illinois is hiring CNA's and LPN's to join our Clinical Doctor Teams. Members play a critical role in supporting physicians and healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care within a clinical setting. This position involves direct patient interaction, performing routine nursing tasks, and assisting with clinical procedures to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery. Team member will collaborate closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document patient information accurately. The ultimate goal of this role is to enhance patient outcomes by providing compassionate, attentive, and skilled nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Team member will contribute to a positive healthcare environment that prioritizes patient safety, comfort, and well-being.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Valid and current CNA and / or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Springfield or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting referred but not required.
• Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and clinical documentation.

The required skills enable the CNA / LPN to perform essential nursing tasks such as, monitoring patient health, and accurately documenting clinical information, which are critical for daily patient care. Preferred skills like proficiency with electronic health records streamline workflow and improve communication within the clinical team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are used daily to educate patients and collaborate with doctors and nurses, ensuring cohesive and patient-centered care. Clinical knowledge and attention to detail help the LPN identify changes in patient conditions promptly and respond appropriately. Together, these skills support the LPN in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compassionate clinical environment.
