We are partnering with a 24-hour rehabilitation center in beautiful Santa Monica to find an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team full-time on the 3 : 00 pm – 11 : 00 pm shift, providing vital leadership and clinical support to staff and patients during the evening hours.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees on the 3 : 00 pm 11 : 00 pm shift, including CNAs and LVNs.
  • Administer IVs, injections, and handle patient admissions.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations.
  • Support and guide the care team to promote a positive, efficient work environment.

Reporting & Oversight

  • This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing.
  • Candidates will interview with the DON.

    • Qualifications

  • Active RN license in California.
  • Previous experience supervising clinical teams preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills in IVs, injections, and admissions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
