Responsibilities :

Prepare for patient visits, including chart review and equipment setup

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries

Perform venipuncture / blood draws and prepare lab specimens for pickup

Submit referral and procedure prior authorizations

Assist providers during medical exams and procedures

Track and follow up on lab results

Maintain clean exam rooms and manage medical supply inventory

Qualifications :

Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)

BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)

Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
