VP of Roadway & Transportation Engineering

Qualifications and responsibilities for this VP of Roadway & Transportation Engineering position include:

• Georgia PE license required
• 15–25 years of technical experience, preferably in roadway and/or bridge engineering
• Strong history of GDOT project experience and preferably have connections with GDOT
• Proven leadership skills, including team building, mentorship, and office management
• Desire to build and grow a team, including hiring mid-level engineers
• Flexibility to manage both technical production and business development responsibilities
• Capability to lead strategic direction for the Roswell office
• Willingness to travel for executive-level meetings and company visits

Salary: $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
