A company is looking for a Senior NERC & Operations Compliance Manager - Battery Storage.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary compliance SME for NERC standards, providing guidance and training to internal teams
Implement and improve the compliance program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks and design effective controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
7+ years' experience in implementing and / or maintaining a NERC compliance program
Experience as a NERC registered Generator Owner or Operator preferred
NERC audit certification (e.g., Certified NERC Compliance Professional) is a plus
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic compliance initiatives
